The Sigma 16-300mm f/3.5-6.7 DC OS (C) L-Mount is an innovative mirrorless lens with an impressive 18.8x zoom ratio, making it the world's first of its kind. This compact and versatile lens delivers excellent results in almost any shooting situation, from wide landscapes to distant subjects and even macro photography. It has a focal range of 16-300mm, which is equivalent to approximately 24-450mm in 35mm format, making it suitable for a wide range of photography genres such as nature, sports, and architecture.

This lens excels in close-up performance with a maximum magnification ratio of 1:2 at 70mm, ideal for capturing fine details of flowers or insects. Despite the wide zoom range, the lens is designed with portability in mind, with a diameter of 73.8mm, a length of 121.4mm, and a weight of only 615 grams (L-Mount version). The fast and accurate autofocus is driven by a High-Response Linear Actuator (HLA) motor. An advanced OS2 algorithm provides excellent optical image stabilisation with 6 stops at wide-angle and 4.5 stops at telephoto, minimising camera shake even in low light or fully zoomed in. The lens is also equipped with a zoom lock switch to prevent unwanted lens creep. The dust and splash-proof construction, along with a water and oil-repellent coating on the front element, make it suitable for various conditions.
