TechFlow Oy, trading as Tech Valon ("we", "us", or "our"), operates the website https://techvalon.com (the "Website"). We sell gaming equipment, coffee machines and grinders, and photo and video equipment such as cameras, lenses, drones, and accessories.

Acceptance of Terms

By using the Website and placing an order, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website. We may change these terms; continued use of the Website after a change constitutes acceptance of the new version. Your order will always be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of your order.

Definitions

• Country: The registered office of Tech Valon is in Finland; we deliver to Finland and Estonia.
• Website: The website of Tech Valon, accessible at https://techvalon.com.
• Item: Any product offered for sale via the Website.
• Cookie: A small data file that your browser stores on your device to remember preferences.
• Third Party: A service provider or partner involved in the execution, such as the shipping carrier or the hosting partner.

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to view the Website for personal, non-commercial use, provided you comply with these terms.

Your Obligations

• To inform us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use of your data or your order.

Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• sell, rent, distribute, host, or otherwise commercially exploit the Website or its content;
• modify, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Website;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notices, copyrights, or trademarks of Tech Valon or our suppliers.

Offer and Conclusion of Contract

Our offer is valid while stocks last and is intended exclusively for delivery to Finland and Estonia. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us. The contract is concluded at the moment we confirm your order by email.

Prices

All prices are in Euro, inclusive of VAT and including delivery within the delivery area. The price applicable is the one indicated at the time of the order. Every paid order includes an invoice in the name of TechFlow Oy.

Payment

Payments are handled by our payment provider and distribution partner MB "Tiverdo BV" and processed by the payment institution MakeCommerce.lt (Maksekeskus AS Lithuanian branch, Konstitucijos pr. 21A, Vilnius LT-08105, reg. no. 307639352). When you press pay at checkout, a new page with the payment window opens, where you choose your bank and confirm the payment securely with your own online banking login. Bank link is the only payment method. We never see or store your banking details. Your order is processed once the full payment has been received. If you order as a business, you can enter your company name and VAT ID at checkout and the invoice will be issued with these details. More information is on our page Payment Methods.

Delivery

We deliver to Finland and Estonia only, free of charge. Orders for Finland ship from our warehouse in Vaasa and orders for Estonia from our warehouse in Tänassilma, Harju maakond. In Finland you can choose DPD home delivery or a Posti parcel locker or pickup point; in Estonia DPD, an Omniva parcel locker or a SmartPosti parcel locker. Items too large for a locker are sent with DPD and we inform you by e-mail. Orders paid before 15:00 (Finnish time) on a working day are dispatched the same day; delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Finland and 2–5 working days in Estonia. Stated delivery times are indicative; exceeding them does not entitle you to compensation, without prejudice to your statutory rights. The risk passes to you when you receive the parcel. Cancellation

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not yet been dispatched by sending an email with your order number to info@techvalon.com. If the shipment is already on its way, please follow the returns procedure.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason. The conditions, the state the item must be in, and the timeframe for a refund are detailed on our page Returns & Refunds, which is an integral part of these terms. Warranty

The statutory warranty of two years applies to material defects. Defects resulting from improper use, modifications by third parties, or poor maintenance are not covered by the warranty.

Use and Care

Normal wear and tear of the housing, controls, and finish is not covered by the warranty. Sensor cleaning and technical interventions should preferably be carried out by an authorised service partner; unauthorised interventions may void the manufacturer's warranty.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use of the Website or a purchased item, except in cases of intent, gross negligence, or where the law prohibits such a limitation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Tech Valon, its employees, and partners from all claims, losses, and costs arising from your use of the Website or a breach of these terms.

Your Suggestions

Feedback, ideas, and suggestions you provide to us regarding the Website shall remain our property. We may use, adapt, and publish them without compensation or attribution.

Links to Other Websites

The Website may contain links to websites that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for their content or accuracy. Once you follow an external link, the terms and cookie policy of that website apply.

Data We Collect

To process an order, we ask for your name, email address, delivery and billing address, and phone number, as well as your company name and VAT ID for a business order. Payment data is processed by the payment service provider and is not stored by us. In addition, we collect non-identifiable data such as browser type, device type, and pages visited. Your Consent

By using the Website, creating an account, or placing an order, you accept these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any change will be indicated on this page with a new date at the top. Your order will always be subject to the terms that were in effect at the time of your order. We recommend that you review this page occasionally.

Complaints and Disputes

Complaints can be directed to info@techvalon.com. This agreement is governed by Finnish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of your country of residence. Disputes shall be settled by the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus); as a consumer, you may also bring the case before the court in your place of residence. If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Finnish Consumer Advisory Services (kkv.fi) free of charge and submit the dispute to the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta, kuluttajariita.fi) or the European Consumer Centre in your country.
