Payment Methods

Tech Valon is operated by TechFlow Oy, a company registered in Finland.

At Tech Valon, you can pay with bank link through our payment provider MakeCommerce, in your own online bank. You pay at the end of the checkout process. Our payment provider and distribution partner is Tiverdo BV; payments are processed by MakeCommerce. All payments are in Euros.

Bank link payment via MakeCommerce

Our payment provider is MakeCommerce. You can pay for your order securely by bank link in your own online bank. When you press pay at checkout, a new page with the payment window will load: choose your bank and confirm the payment with your own online banking credentials. No card details are needed and the payment is protected by your own bank's security. After paying you are returned to our shop.

Ordering as an individual or a company

During checkout, you can choose whether you are ordering as an individual or a company. If you select company, you can provide your company name and your Value Added Tax (VAT) identification number, plus your company registration number and your own reference or purchase order (PO) number for the invoice. We will generate the invoice using these details. Private customers retain their full consumer rights, including the right of withdrawal, which is described on our Returns & Refunds page.

Processing after payment

• We will confirm your order by email.
• Your invoice will be generated and sent along with it.
• Your order is dispatched with the delivery method you chose (DPD, Posti, Omniva or SmartPosti) within 0–1 working days (orders paid before 15.00 Finnish time on a working day leave the same day) — see Shipping & Delivery.

Prices and VAT

All prices are quoted in Euros and include VAT and delivery. There are no shipping costs, payment method surcharges, or processing fees. The price on the product page is the price on your invoice.

Invoice

Every paid order comes with an invoice from TechFlow Oy (VAT ID FI34174711). If anything is missing from your invoice, please email us at info@techvalon.com with your order reference.

Refunds

A refund will always be issued via the same payment method used for the order, to the same bank account. You can find the timelines on our Returns & Refunds page.

Security

Traffic to our website is encrypted, and the payment itself is processed in your own online bank via MakeCommerce. We never receive or store your full card number, PIN, or banking codes. If anyone requests this information from you via email or phone, do not provide it and contact us at info@techvalon.com.
