Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens for Canon RF

The Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN (C) is a fast prime lens, now also available for Canon RF mount mirrorless cameras with an APS-C sensor. This lens from Sigma's Contemporary line combines a compact size with an impressive maximum aperture of f/1.4, which ensures a shallow depth of field and beautiful bokeh. The fast and quiet autofocus, powered by a stepping motor, is optimised for both stills and video recording and supports continuous autofocus (Servo-AF). Thanks to the specially developed control algorithms for the Canon RF mount, the lens integrates seamlessly with compatible cameras. It delivers excellent sharpness, even at wide open aperture, and is compatible with in-camera aberration correction. The construction is designed to minimise flares and ghosting, even in backlit situations, partly thanks to the included lens hood. The robust brass mount features a rubber seal to keep out dust and moisture, improving durability. Sigma also offers a mount conversion service for those wishing to change mounts.
