Sigma 14-24mm f2.8 DG DN Art Wide-angle Zoom Lens Sony E-Mount

This unique wide-angle zoom lens from Sigma is specifically designed for mirrorless full-frame cameras with a Sony E-mount. With its constant brightness of f/2.8 across the entire zoom range of 14-24mm, it is an ideal choice for astrophotography and other low-light situations where a low ISO sensitivity is desired. The lens combines a compact size with impressive image quality thanks to an optimised optical design.

The advanced construction includes exclusive glass elements such as FLD and SLD glass, and three aspherical lenses, including a large-diameter front lens, to effectively minimise chromatic aberrations and coma. This results in exceptionally high resolution from edge to edge. The Super Multi-Layer Coating is complemented by Sigma's new Nano Porous Coating (NPC) technology, which greatly reduces reflections and ghosting, even in backlit conditions. The fast and quiet autofocus is driven by a stepping motor, which is comfortable for both photography and video. A customisable AFL button increases versatility. The lens is built to withstand various conditions, thanks to a dust and splash-proof construction and a water and oil-repellent coating on the front lens.
