Rollei AF 85mm F1.8 Nikon Z-mount Lens

The Rollei AF 85mm f/1.8 lens for Nikon Z-mount cameras is designed to go beyond just sharp images; it captures authentic emotions, ideal for portrait photography. This lens stands out from the average digital style with its soft, creamy bokeh, advanced technology, and characteristic look. With a natural focal length of 85 mm, it prevents lens distortion and ensures a pleasing separation between subject and background. The wide f/1.8 aperture, combined with 11 rounded blades, guarantees a beautiful, round bokeh. The optics, optimised for mirrorless full-frame systems with high-resolution sensors, perform with edge-to-edge sharpness and deliver an organic image look with clear micro-contrast for textures and skin tones. The lens is also compatible with APS-C cameras. The HFT-X multi-layer coating minimises ghosting and flares, resulting in uncompromising contrast and brilliant colours, even in low light. The fast and quiet STM autofocus motor supports face and eye tracking, which is ideal for both photo and video. The robust all-metal housing weighs only 477 grams, which is comfortable for long-term use. With an optical construction of 10 elements in 7 groups, including two ED and two HR elements, chromatic aberrations and colour fringing are effectively reduced. Intuitive operation includes an AF/MF switch and a freely assignable FN button. The minimum focus distance of 0.85 metres allows for close-ups with a magnification of 0.12x. The metal Z-mount ensures a precise fit and transfer of EXIF data. Furthermore, the lens features a USB-C firmware port for quick updates.
