Blackmagic Design Blackmagic PYXIS 6K Cinema Camera (EF Mount)

The Blackmagic PYXIS 6K is an advanced cinema camera in a compact box-style design, equipped with a locking Canon EF lens mount and customisable side plates. This camera features an impressive full-frame 6K sensor measuring 36 x 24 mm, which guarantees rich colours, natural skin tones, and a dynamic range of 13 stops. The PYXIS 6K captures video in both Blackmagic RAW and H.265 proxy files, and offers the ability to stream directly to the cloud via Ethernet or mobile 4G/5G networks. With recording capabilities up to 6K Open Gate 3:2 video at 36fps or 6K Anamorphic 6:5 video at 60fps, this camera is suitable for various professional productions. The lightweight, CNC-machined aerospace aluminium chassis ensures maximum customisability and easy mounting on various rigs. Thanks to dual native ISO up to 25,600, the camera performs excellently in low light. The user-friendly Blackmagic OS and a large 4-inch LCD touchscreen make operation intuitive, while files are stored on CFexpress Type B cards or external drives. The camera uses Generation 5 Colour Science for superior image quality and is also equipped with various professional connections, including 12G-SDI and mini XLR inputs with phantom power. A full version of DaVinci Resolve Studio is included.
