ZEISS Terra ED 10x42 binoculars Black/Green

The Zeiss Terra ED 10x42 binoculars, presented here in a stylish black/green finish, are a versatile instrument for nature enthusiasts and observation purposes. The 2017 edition features a refreshed ergonomic design, ensuring a comfortable grip and user experience, even during long periods of observation. Optical performance remains top-class thanks to the integration of compact Schmidt-Pechan roof prisms and special SCHOTT extra-low dispersion glass. This, combined with Zeiss' patented multi-coating, guarantees an exceptionally bright and sharp image with true-to-life colours and minimal distortion across the entire field of view.

A notable feature is the minimum focus distance of just 1.6 metres, allowing for detailed observations of nearby objects. The housing is manufactured from robust, glass-fibre reinforced polycarbonate, contributing to a low weight while offering high durability and temperature resistance. The rubber armouring increases protection against shocks and bumps and provides a firm anti-slip grip. The binoculars are nitrogen-filled to prevent internal fogging and feature water resistance, increasing reliability in diverse weather conditions.
