Tamron 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III RXD lens for Nikon Z

The Tamron 70-300mm f/4.5-6.3 Di III RXD is a versatile telephoto zoom lens specifically designed for full-frame mirrorless cameras with a Nikon Z mount. This lens combines a remarkably compact and lightweight design with exceptionally high image quality, making it an ideal choice for photographers of all experience levels who enjoy working with telephoto lenses. Weighing just 580g and featuring a slim profile, it is a perfect travel companion, especially for wildlife photography enthusiasts and hikers looking to minimise their gear weight.

The optical construction consists of 15 elements in 10 groups, including a Low Dispersion (LD) lens element that effectively corrects chromatic aberrations and other optical errors, even at the longest focal length of 300mm. As a result, images are brilliant and pin-sharp, with high resolution right into the corners. Tamron's BBAR (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection) coating suppresses reflections and ghosting, resulting in clear, high-contrast images. The quiet RXD stepping motor ensures fast, accurate, and silent autofocus, offering advantages for both photography and video recording. Furthermore, the lens features a moisture-resistant construction for extra protection in various weather conditions. Users also benefit from the Tamron Lens Utility software for easy firmware updates.
