Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro G OSS lens

This high-quality Sony FE 90mm f/2.8 Macro G OSS lens is specially designed for E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras and delivers impressive 1:1 macro magnifications. With a minimum focus distance of just 28 centimetres, the lens is ideal for detailed close-up photography. The maximum aperture of f/2.8 not only enables shooting in low light but also creates a beautiful, soft background blur. The optical image stabilisation with gyro sensors effectively corrects camera movement, resulting in sharp handheld shots. The nine-blade circular aperture contributes to a fine bokeh with smooth out-of-focus elements.

The advanced optical construction includes aspherical and extra-low dispersion lens elements that minimise chromatic aberrations and ensure exceptional sharpness across the entire image. A Nano AR coating optimises light transmission and reduces reflections. The internal focusing, powered by a fast and quiet Direct Drive Super Sonic Wave motor, ensures smooth and precise autofocus. The length of the lens remains constant during focusing, which benefits the balance. A convenient sliding switch allows for quick switching between autofocus and manual focus, while focus lock and limiting offer extra control. The dust- and moisture-resistant design guarantees reliable performance in various conditions.
