Sigma 105mm f2.8 DG DN Macro Art lens for Sony E-mount

The Sigma 105mm f2.8 DG DN Macro Art lens is specially designed for mirrorless cameras and delivers exceptional performance. This tele-macro lens excels with an impressive resolving power and beautiful soft bokeh, essential for detailed macro shots and portraits. The advanced optical design ensures excellent sharpness and fine detail rendering across the entire focus range, from close-up to infinity, and minimises chromatic aberrations that cannot be corrected by the camera. The lens is optimised to reduce ghosting and flare, even in backlit conditions, thanks to a Super-Multi-Layer coating. For fast and quiet autofocus, it is equipped with a Hyper-Sonic Motor (HSM) and supports advanced camera features such as face and eye detection autofocus. The lens is built to offer flexibility with a focus limiter and a programmable AFL button. The manual aperture ring can be clicked or de-clicked for silent operation, which is ideal for sensitive shots such as insect photography. Furthermore, the lens is dust- and splash-proof and features durable switches and rings for comfortable operation in various conditions, contributing to an enjoyable and creative workflow.
