OM System OM-1 Mark II Body

The OM System OM-1 Mark II is an advanced mirrorless camera that builds on its predecessor, the OM-1. This camera shares the same powerful 20.4-megapixel Micro Four Thirds stacked BSI Live MOS sensor and the TruePic X image processor, guaranteeing excellent image quality. The autofocus, with 1053 cross-type autofocus points covering the entire frame, performs impressively even in low light down to -8 EV.

A significant improvement is the expanded buffer memory, allowing the Mark II to capture more frames at high burst speeds of 120fps. The Pro Capture mode has also been enhanced, with the ability to capture up to 99 retrospective frames. The image stabilisation has been further optimised, with up to 8.5 stops of compensation with the body alone, enabling sharper handheld images.

This camera introduces an innovative Live Graduated ND filter function, which digitally replicates the effect of physical GND filters and is adjustable directly via the viewfinder or the LCD display. Furthermore, the upper limit for Live ND shooting has been increased to ND128. Video functionality remains strong with C4K/60p and Full HD up to 240fps, complemented by support for vertical video and UVC/UAC compatibility for webcam use. The robust, weather-sealed design (IP53) and improved ergonomics, such as the redesigned finger grip and customisable buttons, make the OM-1 Mark II a reliable and versatile choice for both demanding photographers and videographers.
