Leofoto BV-10 Video Head

The Leofoto BV-10 video head is a high-quality product, specifically designed for demanding filmmakers who refuse to compromise on quality. This robust video head is CNC machined from durable aircraft-grade aluminium and then black anodised for extra protection and a long lifespan. Despite its impressive strength, the BV-10 is remarkably lightweight at just 760 grams, making it ideal for use in nature, for example by birdwatchers and nature filmmakers.

With a maximum static load of 8 kilograms and a balanced load capacity of 4 kilograms, this video head is suitable for a wide range of equipment, including spotting scopes, DSLR cameras, and various video cameras. The fluid-damped head guarantees smooth and jerk-free movements, essential for professional recordings. The long control arm, equipped with comfortable rubber foam, prevents cold hands during prolonged use in colder conditions and facilitates smooth tracking movements.

The BV-10 is equipped with two integrated spirit levels for accurate horizontal positioning and a degree scale for precise panoramic shots. The head offers flexible tilting options up to 90 degrees forward and 75 degrees backward, and can rotate 360 degrees around its axis. The friction is adjustable as desired with a large rotary knob, giving you full control over your camera's movements at all times. A long quick-release plate with a video pin ensures a secure and stable attachment of your camera or scope.
