La Pavoni Professional Rame Gold lever espresso machine – Gold/Wood

The La Pavoni Professional Rame Gold is an advanced lever espresso machine that excels in both technology and choice of materials. This luxurious appliance makes it possible to prepare a creamy espresso and perfectly frothed cappuccino at home. The manual operation gives the barista full control over the brewing process; by lifting the lever, you allow water to soak the filter holder and the ground coffee, after which you press the water through the coffee with exactly the desired pressure by lowering the lever. This gives the user the freedom to adjust the extraction speed, resulting in a personalised coffee experience. The filter holder is fitted with a handy ring that prevents the filter from falling while removing coffee grounds. In addition to ground coffee, it is also possible to use standard E.S.E. pods with the included 1-cup filter. The integrated steam jet makes it easy to froth milk for various hot drinks and can be replaced if desired with the optional “Cappuccino Automatic” system for automatic milk preparation. With a boiler capacity of 1.6 litres and a heat-up time of approximately five minutes, this appliance is quickly ready for use.
